Israel state terrorism.

On July 23, 2011, a 35-year-old Iranian electrical engineering student named Darioush Rezaeinejad was gunned down as he and his wife, who was also wounded in the attack, waited for their child in front of a kindergarten in Tehran. Israel has never denied that it was behind that assassination, and two senior US officials have confirmed to NBC news that the accusation by Ali Larijani - a senior adviser to Iran's supreme leader Ali Khamenei - that Israel's Mossad had used the Mujahideen E. Khalq (MEK) to carry out the killing of Iranian scientists was essentially accurate. Rezaeinejad was the fourth Iranian scientist whom the Israelis had tried to assassinate, but what was different about his assassination is the subsequent effort by the Israelis to justify it after the fact. That effort casts new light not only on the larger assassination campaign, but on the way in which Israel has gone about constructing its contention that there is an active Iranian nuclear weapons program. Sanctions, Schmanctions !

Professor Flynt Leverett recently made a short video for Penn State’s School of International Affairs,he discusses the impact of sanctions and other sorts of coercive pressure on Iran, arguing that “we are not going to be able to sanction them, browbeat them, or even bomb them into surrender. We need to be able to come to terms with them....

No War of Choice with Iran !

Several former high-level military and intelligence officials took out a full page ad in Monday’s Washington Post urging President Obama to resist pressure to attack Iran nuclear program. The letter retired Army Maj. Gen. Paul Eaton, retired Army Lt. Gen. Robert G. Gard Jr., retired Marine Gen. Joseph Hoar, retired Army Brig. Gen. John H. Johns, retired Army Maj. Gen. Rudolph Ostovich III, former deputy director of National Intelligence for analysis Thomas Fingar, former CIA national intelligence officer Paul Pillar, and retired Army Col. Lawrence Wilkerson. The page is headlined “Mr. President: Say No to a War of Choice with Iran,” and is sponsored by the National Iranian American Council, a non-partisan, non-profit organization headquartered in Washington. The letter states that “not every challenge has a military solution” and “unless we or an ally is attacked, war should be the option of last resort. The ad also features quotations by current and former senior military and intellig

Staying Neutral !

Image
Recently Iranians arrested a group of people who had participated in BBC Persian service training camps in Turkey or other countries. Their arrests were reflected in Iranian media and was named operation "Fox Eye". One knows and understands Iranian antipathy towards British intelligent services and one also understand the general Iranian assumption of BBC Persian service to be a new tool of disinformation or it having other wanton informative objectives like manipulating or sabotaging receptive public opinions as done in recent modern political history... but them being a tool of espionage is new and makes one hesitant of its authenticity, however one tries to stay neutral until the issue has been thoroughly explained. BBC Persian services track record, keeps pushing one into giving the Iranians the benefit of the doubt but lets hold for the time being. Underneath there is a report about the issue, our suggestion is make your own judgments.
